The Reserve at Clarkstown New York is a new 55+ residential apartment complex planned to be outfitted with numerous 1-2 bedroom apartments accompanied by social club and fitness facilities. With a resort like design this property will provide an active lifestyle for it's residents. The Dimensional Design Systems BIM design team curated all needed electrical BIM designs for the projects construction coordination phase.

The 711 5th Avenue building has bought and renovated by SHVO during 2019-2021 as a commercial retail complex along with residential amenities. In early 2022, SHVO had curated new designs to transform the upper stories of the building into members exclusive destination stay. Floors are being prepped to be transformed into state of the art fitness centers, lavish roof-top lounges, meeting rooms and spas.
Our team of engineers at have been tasked with rerouting existing conduit and electrical systems to abide by the design created by SHVO. With existing systems in place, our point cloud scanning technicians have conducted on-site 3D scanning of existing mechanical and electrical systems. Our team continues to work on this project in collaboration with numerous other trade designers.

Located on Fifth Avenue in the heart of New York City, this 30 story residential building built by SHVO is meant to house New York residents who are looking for a full-time hotel service aesthetic. The Mandarin Oriental Resident Complex, once the headquarters fashion house for Gucci, has become one of the most luxurious addresses to reside at, with 116,000 square-feet of space, three floors of high-end retail stores and 27 floors of high-end residential living quarters. With construction starting in late 2018, this build is said to be completed by the end of 2021.
Our team here at Dimensional Design Systems have been tasked with modeling all electrical BIM necessities which include all electrical conduit, fire safety conduit, electrical panels in service rooms and lighting fixtures. In coordination with other trade design specialists, the design for this project is set to conclude in coming months.

McSam Hotel Group had began their build for a new 974 room hotel in the heart of Manhattan in late 2020. The complex is roughly 300,000 square feet of residential space along with amenities such as a hotel bar, public lounge and ground-floor restaurant. The 34-story construct is said to be the largest hotel to debut in the Manhattan area in decades. It's construction is set to complete in the winter of 2022.
Our engineers here at Dimensional Design Systems were contracted to implement all electrical BIM models needed for the planning phases of this project. In collaboration with numerous trade designers, our team have been effectively curating electrical BIM models through this projects life-cycle.
6.26.2020
A new fourteen story residential building constructed by Omnibuild is coming to Queens NY. This 216,522 square-foot building with 290 residential units is going to be split for two different purposes. Around 9,206 square-feet will be used for commercial space. This commercial space will include amenities like a fitness center, a laundry room, media lounge, locker rooms, a recreational area and an open rooftop space. Planning and construction began in mid 2020, and the project is set to complete near late 2021.
Our team of specialised BIM designers are currently responsible for all electrical BIM design. Dimensional Design Systems have been coordinating closely with numerous trade BIM designers to create a seamless and efficient project life-cycle.

This new seven story building built by Hard Hat Services is bringing a different living option for seniors. Set to complete its construction in 2022, the Residents at Bala Cynwyd will have 84 residential housing units with assisted living options. This multi-faceted facility will not only provide housing for senior citizens but also a staff who can properly take care of the residents.
Our team was tasked with creating all electrical BIM designs for this project which in turn created high efficiency planning phases that propelled the construction of this structure ahead of it's time line. The project is to come to fruition in mid 2022.

Redevelopment for the Cottage Place Gardens' residential buildings began planning for a fourth phase in early 2020. Originally constructed in the 1940's, the residential block has been redesigned and updated for modern living. Previous phases included structural updates, new green energy equipment, new sidewalks, new surrounding streets, and area lighting.
With the renovation of Cottage Place Gardens, the need for new electrical and mechanical equipment became imperative to launch the property into the 21st century. Our team of BIM designers were responsible for creating all electrical BIM design and working in collaboration with other trade designers. This project, like others in our project portfolio, called for transitioning existing elements into newly introduced components. Our team designed diligently to ensure the quality of this build proceeded as smoothly as possible, ensuring a seamless project life-cycle.
7.10.2019
New mixed use buildings were beginning their planning phase in late 2019, and aimed to begin construction in 2020. The multi-phased construction for the Far Rockaway Village had begun to introduce around 1,700 new and affordable housing units. This new conglomeration of multiple buildings is said to include not only residential space but also commercial and community facilities. The third phase of this monumental build included the development of a new residential buildings that cumulatively have 112,293 square-feet of space.
At Dimensional Design Systems, our team designed and implemented all electrical BIM components during the building plan phase. With coordination between our team and other trade BIM designers, development during the build's planning phase was highly efficient. The estimated completion date for the entire complex is slated for around 2026.
4.12.2019
Planning began for the Front and York Residential superstructure in early 2019. This 21-story residential complex built on a 1.2-million square-foot project site is to planned to have two 8-story towers, on on the northeast corner and the other on the southwest corner of the base building. Regular residential apartments will occupy the lower section of the building complex as larger condos will primarily take up space in the towers. Current construction progress shows the huge structures base shell ready for refinement.
Our team at Dimensional Design Systems have been contracted to create all FA BIM designs for Front and York Residential. In collaboration with a multitude of other trade designers, our team has effectively and efficiently provided 3-D BIM models throughout the planning phases of this build. Construction for the complex is set to complete in late 2021.

Currently finishing it's development, The Brick of Hackensack is a 15-story mixed use residential complex that includes 378 upscale apartments. Around 8,000 square-feet are dedicated for retail space at the base of the building along Main Street. Included amenities like a complex fitness facility, community rooms for residents, a sky lounge and an roof-top courtyard terrace.
Our team was tasked with creating all electrical BIM designs for this Manhattan-inspired residential complex, ensuring a complications free planning cycle, and information support throughout construction. The complex was finished in early 2021.

Completed in 2022, the Madison House tower is a recent addition to luxury living in New York City. With 53 stories of high-end residential units, outdoor lounges and special accommodations, this monumental high-rise is described as the next-step in luxury living.
Our team of BIM designers worked closely with the construction coordination team and in-field personnel and aided in the design process for its electrical BIM design needs.
6.9.2017
Luxury condominiums were built on 76th Park Lane in South Jersey City. This high-rise residential complex, Park and Shore Condominiums, has 31 stories that includes 358 residential spaces and 71 boutique residences. In 2018, this complex was the first built condominiums in 8 years in the Newport area, also being one of the larger structures to join the landscape in that time frame.
Our team was brought into the construction planning phase to design all electrical BIM models. Working efficiently, our engineers properly coordinated with other trade designers, making the project life-cycle of this build seamless.
5.22.2017
This luxury residential building, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, began it's planning phases in early 2017. This unique twisted building houses a total of 220+ residential units as well as a 75-foot pool, fitness center, spa and community lounges for residents.
Our team at Dimensional Design Systems was responsible for curating and designing all electrical BIM designs, and worked in collaboration with numerous trade designs to effectively plan this monolithic build.
