Renovation, Kenvue World Headquarters

Located in Summit, New Jersey, the Kenvue World Headquarters is currently under construction and expected to be completed by 2025. The facility was originally occupied by Celgene but is being converted to a 290,000 square-foot office space as well as a 100,00 square-foot science and innovation lab for Kenvue.
Our team of mechanical designers were tasked with curating 3D BIM models and coordinating new mechanical wet pipes for the building's upper penthouse.
Expansion, Integral Molecular

Integral Molecular has opened its doors in the 400,000 square-foot building, 13 story, One uCity commercial facility for their newest Pandemic Preparedness Laboratories. With the opening of the new facility, Integral Molecular has expanded their R&D capabilities and mobilization process.
The DDS mechanical BIM design team designed new mechanical wet systems for the second phase of Integral Molecular's renovation of the building's space. Integral Molecular will continue to expand on their facility into the future and improve upon their pharmaceutical development infrastructure.
Renovation, Hovione 89TR

Hovione has continued to expand upon their pharmaceutical campus in East Windsor, New Jersey for quite some time. In early 2024, the addition of a new sprayer suite/R&D building went into it's planning phases. Accurately planning for new MEPs was necessary and our coordination team took the lead on properly outfitting the new campus's building.
New Construction, Merck RY870 Biologics Lab Facility

The RY870 Biologics facility is a newly constructed lab facility residing in Merck Pharmaceuticals New Jersey campus. This new lab facility will include state-of-the-art lab equipment and instrumentation for bio-manufacturing. Working with OMNI Instrumentation, the Dimensional Design Systems team was tasked with creating 3D electrical BIM designs to be used for coordination during pre-construction planning.
Facility Expansion, NMS Lab and Office Building

The NMS Labs facility based in Horsham, PA underwent facility renovations to better equip it's lab space and employee offices for future operations. This facility went through numerous phases before completion, one being a complete over-haul of its pharmaceutical lab space. Our team of designers were responsible for creating 3D electrical BIM designs which included locations for new panels, uninterruptible power supplies and transformers feeding new lab equipment being installed.
Facility Renovation, Roche Pharmaceuticals CUB, Warehouse and Production Facility.

Roche Pharmaceuticals is currently undergoing a large facility expansion and renovation on their New Jersey campus. A new facility warehouse, parking CUB and production building are in the process of being built. Working along side Allenbriteway Electrical Utilities, our team of BIM designers have been responsible with the electrical BIM design for this projects pre-construction 3D coordination. The expansion is still currently underway and BIM coordination continues to forage ahead.
Facility Renovation, Merck B50 Lab Facility

Merck Pharmaceutical recently underwent a lab facility renovation. This renovation was implemented to introduce updated lab equipment and office spaces for Merk employees. Dimensional Design Systems was tasked with helping curate 3D electrical BIM designs and plan out instrumentation locations within the newly renovated space. Working along side OMNI Instrumentation, our team work in collaboration with other trade designers to help plan the outfitting of the space.

As the Summit New Jersey campus of Bristol Myers Squibb continues to expand, existing facilities are being updated. A new employee office and pharmaceutical lab space is being implemented in BMS's S6A building and is being outfitted with state-of-the-art research equipment. This renovations coordination has been spear headed by Torecon with the help of numerous BIM designers. Dimensional Design Systems was responsible for design new equipment and their locations within the space. Existing cable tray also needed to be modeled to help represent the existing conditions for HVAC installation.

During the spring of 2022, Shady Grove Fertility had began expanding their operations within their Chersterbrook business campus. The new fertility unit is to be out-fitted with state-of-the-art fertility laboratories and employee offices. Coordination efforts for this project began at the beginning of 2022, and trade collaboration is on going. The project is slated to begin construction in June of 2022, and is aiming to be done before the new year. Dimensional Design Systems engineers were responsible for coordination all electrical devices, modeling conduit runs and services for emergency appliances and coordinating with other trade professionals.

At the beginning of 2022, Proteovant Therapeutics began planing out a new pharmaceutical space in King of Prussia, PA. After securing a new 29,000 square-foot business property, collaboration on converting the structure into lab ready spaces began. The new facility will house both a large office space for employees of Proteovant as well as numerous laboratories for pharmaceutical study. Dimensional Design systems engineers were implemented into the BIM design process to provide lighting design as well as electrical equipment design.

Bristol Myers Squibb recently began expanding pharmaceutical operations at their Summit, New Jersey campus. With renovations well underway for the pre-existing campus building, BMS has been slowly converting the S4 Building into a new office complex for campus employees. With the complexity of updating the interior MEP of the structure, our engineers were tasked with conducting numerous laser scanning sessions of the interior. From floors one to three, we were able to map out exactly were electrical conduit was to be installed. In turn these laser scans helped design engineers properly place conduit for coordination making trade installation much more cost effective.

In late 2021, Roquette Pharmaceutical acquired property at the Spring House Innovation business campus. This property was to be fitted out with new pharmaceutical equipment for labs and chiller rooms. Our team of engineer designers were responsible for modeling all electrical conduit and electrical equipment for the new campus building. Due to the structure being pre-existing, it was important for our team to plan efficiently with the coordination team to ensure needed equipment was thoughtfully placed. Roquette Pharmaceuticals new labs in Lower Gwynedd, PA are set to be completed during late 2022.

Celgene's Summit New Jersey campus has undergone numerous phases of construction. With a new found need for pharmaceuticals, constant expansion of Celgene's campus doesn't come unwarranted. In previous years our team have created BIM designs in regard to Celgene's 2018 Analytical Lab expansion and 2020 S5 Data Room addition. Now currently, Celgene has began a Liso-Cel capacity expansion onto their currently existing manufacturing facility. Our team of engineers have been working diligently on this project since its inception in mid 2021 to provide high-grade electrical BIM designs. The expansion is aimed to be completed near the end of 2021.
