In mid-2023, NJ Transit had made a deal with Onyx Equities to lease out one of their corporate buildings in central Newark, New Jersey. Onyx Equities is set to build out their new headquarters in the 400,00 square-foot building in central Newark, New Jersey. With this change in hands, the office building began to undergo needed updates to its MEP systems.
This update to fit-out the space for it's new occupier included the electrical systems. Our team of MEP BIM designers worked with the current building coordination and modeled new electrical layouts showing equipment to be installed and new conduit routing.

The religious community building OHEV of Richboro, PA has undergone many years or change an renovation. In an effort to help bolster their building security, our designers set out to create accurate floor plans based off of 3D point cloud data. With the building captured using a 3D scanner, previously undocumented building rooms were able to be drafted out in their entirety. Floor planes and building schematics were produced for local offices to have at their disposal in the event of an emergency.

Tyson Foods has recently begun renovating one of their food processing plants in Vineland, New Jersey. This renovation is to include new food processing equipment, electrical, mechanical wet and HVAC systems in an effort to increase product manufacturing. Dimensional Design systems was tasked with designing all new electrical equipment locations and conduit routing. The plant is set to be fully renovated in 2024.

Historical buildings in New York City have to follow strict repair laws when refreshing their facades. Work In Stone, a masonry collective local to Pennsylvania, has created a workflow to help increase stone replacement and preserve historical building elements. Working closely with Works In Stone, our scanning technician team was able to capture decorative stones for 3D model curation. These captured 3D block models will then be used for moulds as Works In Stone catalogues and creates replacement blocks.

With Global Foundries being one of the largest semi-conductor manufacturing brands in the world, production of semi-conductors has been at an increase in recent years due to technological advances. At the beginning of April, 2022, our team of design engineers were contracted to design new electrical systems within the already large Global Foundries production facility in New York.

During early 2022, our team of engineer designers were brought onto the renovation project of New York's Terminal Warehouse by New Line Structures. With this project in full swing for about a year prior to our introduction to the coordination team, Dimensional Design Systems was responsible for continuing all electrical design work completed thus far. Our engineers are responsible for the main electrical and low-voltage MEP design.
The Terminal Warehouse in New York is being prepped for modern use as the retro structure is being transformed into a multi-faceted business complex. With 1.2 Million square feet of space, the historic building will house cutting-edge office and retail spaces. On top of converting the space for modern use, architects have planned to add additional levels to the complex. Restoring this historical New York structure is set to finish in the year 2023.

Nouryon facility alterations have begun at their Bridgewater location in New Jersey The renovations call for a second floor expansion, which has been divided into four stages of development. This build is updating and expanding the current Nouryon facility to modernize their manufacturing efforts.
Our team has been contracted to create all electrical BIM models, both new and connections to pre-existing components. We have been working closely with Nouryon and other BIM designers throughout this project and continue to do so. Renovations are to be completed in late 2021.

Mane USA's consumer goods facility in Wayne New Jersey began expanding their operations in mid 2021. Mane USA is known as a globally recognized flavor and fragrance manufacturer integral in creating essential oils and extraction technologies. Their Wayne New Jersey customer goods facility underwent a large addition to house more occupants and space for equipment.
Dimensional Design Systems' design engineers were contracted to design all electrical systems and electrical BIM models during the planning phases of Mane USA's facility expansion. Our team conducted proper coordination with other trade BIM designer making project planning for this build efficient and effective.
5.7.2021
Triumph Brewing Co. has started renovations to Princeton New Jersey's historical Post Office planning to move their operations into the heart of the college town. The entirety of the main floor and basement have been cleared out for the new brewery aesthetic that is soon to take over. Triumph Brewing Co.'s new location is set to open in the last quarter of the 2022 calendar year.
Our team of BIM designers have been carefully and diligently designing the new interior for the soon to be brewery. Using a scan to BIM method, our designers can properly outfit the space of the historical building using accurate measurements to help preserve the structures integrity.

In early 2021, Honeywell's Global Headquarters was put on the market as the company makes a transition out of New Jersey state. The 465,000 square-foot facility was then purchased by Global Aerospace insurance as a new home base for business. With the new facility having been previously formatted for the production giant, Global Aerospace has converted the space into a large office of operations facility.
Dimensional Design Systems' designers were primarily responsible for designing all electrical and power distribution routes, fire alarms, lighting , telecommunications, A/V and security BIM models. Our team coordinated and designed in collaboration with other BIM design specialists ensuring a seamless project life-cycle.

The Hoboken Transit station, part of the New Jersey Transit system, has undergone numerous stages of renovation to maintain it's operations. With an initial plan introduce to the Jersey City board back in 2014, NJ Transit has planned on renovating the surrounding location of the transit's terminal point. With this plan underway, it is imperative for the terminal location to update it's structural integrity and electrical feed capabilities. This specific project was introducing new essential constructs to the transit system, preparing for the inevitable area renovation.
Our team was task with designing all electrical BIM models for the locations infrastructure update. Working closely with Jersey City officials, the NJ Transit company, and other trade BIM designers, our team was able to design and coordinate effectively for this projects life-cycle.
